What it does

FinSight turns questions about Vietnam’s commercial property, food and beverage pricing, SME finance, and regulation into structured research briefs. TinyFish Search discovers sources, TinyFish Fetch extracts their content, and an LLM synthesizes the evidence.

How to use it

  1. 01Enter a specific market question or choose a preset query.
  2. 02Follow the planning, search, extraction, and synthesis stages.
  3. 03Review the brief alongside its sources and confidence indicators.
  4. 04Check whether the answer is direct, partial, or insufficient before using it in a business decision.

What you get

A market intelligence console with evidence-linked findings and explicit handling of thin or inaccessible sources. The generated report pipeline is designed to surface missing evidence. Landing-page illustrations and ticker values are separate from the evidence in a generated brief.

Run it locally

RequiresPython 3.11+ · Node.js
Paste into Claude Code, Cursor or any coding agent

Set up FinSight from the TinyFish Cookbook on my machine. 1. Clone https://github.com/tinyfish-io/tinyfish-cookbook.git and work in the `AABW_Vietnam_Hackathon_Samples/finsight` folder. 2. Check I have Python 3.11+ and Node.js installed. 3. Run `pip install -r requirements.txt`. 4. Create `.env`, set `TINYFISH_API_KEY`, `OPENAI_API_KEY`. Ask me for each key; never invent one. 5. Start it with `uvicorn api.index:app --reload --port 8000`. 6. In a second terminal, from the folder you cloned into, run `cd tinyfish-cookbook/AABW_Vietnam_Hackathon_Samples/finsight`, then `cd frontend`, then `npm install`, then `npm run dev`. 7. When it is running, open http://localhost:5173 and tell me it is ready.
